With a decade of experience in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry, Tyler Weiser serves as a key leader in field operations at Buckeye Basement Solutions. As Production Manager and Site Supervisor, Tyler oversees jobsite execution, crew coordination, and customer communication—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

In his role as Quality Control Specialist, Tyler is hands-on with post-install inspections and continuous
improvement, ensuring long-term performance and homeowner peace of mind. His deep technical
knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail make him an indispensable asset to our clients and our
team.

With over five years of hands-on experience in foundation repair and waterproofing, Jay Ray brings
unmatched expertise and insight to his role as Senior Inspection Specialist. Before transitioning into
inspections, Jay served as our Production Manager, overseeing job quality, crew performance, and
customer satisfaction across hundreds of successful projects.

Jay's deep field knowledge and leadership background make him a trusted advisor to both our clients and team. His commitment to integrity, precision, and service excellence ensures every homeowner receives honest recommendations and lasting solutions.

Cam Graff serves as an Inspection Specialist at Buckeye Basement Solutions, bringing valuable hands-on production experience to every consultation. Before transitioning into inspections, Cam worked directly in the field installing foundation repair and waterproofing systems—giving him a deep, firsthand
understanding of the work we perform.

playing a key role in our trusted Structural Carpentry Division. His versatile background allows him to

With several years of experience in foundation repair and waterproofing, Larry Holiday leads the way as a skilled and respected Project Foreman at Buckeye Basement Solutions. Larry oversees on-site crews, manages daily project execution, and ensures that every job is completed to our highest standards of
